The JourneyIn 2009 I realised the need for a professional clinic development and networking program that would empower clinic owners to raise the bar on clinic success. After discussing my realisation and thoughts with both Michael and Fiona it was agreed that someone needed to do something about it and that we were the best placed to fulfil that need. Total CLinic Success was born and we embarked on a journey to discover the best and make it better.
In 2010 we began trialling the program with three Melbourne clinics with overwhelming success. This drove us to develop the full program which we launched in 2012. |

The Program

When we developed the program we wanted to assist clinic owners in four key areas:
1. Training
It was apparent to us that there is no formal training for practitioners to become successful clinic owners with most practitioners making the leap with little or no help. Our training is a comprehensive program that includes both you the clinic owners and your team of practitioners.
2. Support
We wanted to provide online as well as direct contact support so that clinic owners had someone to connect with and a resource pool to access.
3. Mentoring
As former practitioners and highly successful clinic owners in our own right we wanted to be able to offer our years of experience, both good and bad, so that clinic owners could learn from the mistakes and successes that we have had.
4. Networking
Finally we realised that clinic owners are one of the only business categories that do not have a formal network system or association where networking is a key component. We are not silly enough to think that we know it all and therefore a formal networking forum allows all our clinic owners to share there success and pass on those things that worked. It is also the opportunity to understand that you are not alone.

2 - 12 month mentoring program
